SMPlayer should open the mkv as in version 21.8.0-圆4 and allow me watch the mkv or switch streams to pass-through DTS stream to my receiver for decoding.Ģ1.8.0 圆4 is the last version I have tried that this works in. I found that if I go to Options->Preferences->General->Audio and uncheck AC3/DTS passthrough over S/PDIF and HDMI 22.2.0-圆4 will load the mkv just fine, but then will not passthrough DTS if I switch audio streams unless I put the check back. In version 21.8.0-圆4 am able to switch to DTS stream and passthrough DTS to my receiver which decodes fine. I believe it's trying to load a DTS-HD MA stream initially.
Tried all installs after selecting uninstall option and had same issue. SMPlayer doesn't show the first error.ĭowngraded using smplayer-21.8.0-圆4.exe and it works perfectly! MPlayer/mpv log (pasted below) shows: (WW) Failed to set 192000hz, got 48000hz insteadĭowngraded using smplayer-21.10.0-圆4.exe and had similar issue. Upgraded using smplayer-22.2.0-圆4.exe in Windows 10 and tried playing an mkv.
