Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid is a perfect example. While this expansion was ambitious, it seems that for everything that has been done really well, something else has been done poorly. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train continues that trend of great thematic design, while also bringing ‘something more’ to the table. In addition to new rides and restaurants, it brought lush and detailed environments to the otherwise basic-looking Magic Kingdom Fantasyland. I’m not quite sure about that claim, but “New Fantasyland” was no doubt a large undertaking.
